Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has discussed the club’s interest in Jadon Sancho with Marcus Rashford.
The two players are known to be close friends, and Rashford says that he wanted to team up with his England colleague at club level.
United are still in talks with Dortmund , although Dortmund are said to be demanding £115m for the 20-year-old, which could be seen as a fugure too much due to the coronavirus outbreak.
However acording to the Evening Standard, Solskjaer ‘makes a point’ of discussing targets with certain players, and the Red Devils boss has spoken to Rashford about a potential move for Sancho.
The 20-year-old youngstar has been in terrific form for Lucien Favre’s side this season, having 20 goals and 20 assists in 40 appearances in all competitions.
Sancho’s current deal at Signal Iduna Park is still on until June 2022.
